Production
We are manufacturer and wholesale exporter of Nepalese felt, woolen, Garment, Traditional Lokta Paper, Singing bowls and other various Buddhist and gift items. Our products are completely handmade as we do not use any machines. Due to its handmade nature, each product may vary slightly in size and color.
Pricing
All prices are FOB Katmandu, Nepal only. The prices are subject to change without a prior notification, but once the order is confirmed, prices will remain the same until delivery. If you wish to receive price list for our products, please contact us at info@gajur.com with products that you are interested in. We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
Order
Our minimum order amount is Euro 500; we do not accept orders amounting below Euro 500. Advance payment of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. Production will start once the 50% advance payment has been received. Remaining 50% payment should be made after the order has been completed and before the shipment is dispatched. Our apology for any inconvenience this may cause you but we are bound by our government law. We cannot export our products until full advance payment has been received.
Custom order
We also accept custom order with the buyers own custom designs. Please provide us with detailed samples, drawings and instructions for the custom design.

Delivery
The lead time for production is usually two months. However, it depends upon the quantity of order and the work load in the concerned department. Sample requests are attended and sent as soon as possible.
Payment
We do not accept LC or credit card as a mode of payment. We accept swift transfer and bank drafts.
Shipping
Normally, goods are sent by air freight, but upon demand if can be shipped by sea freight if necessary volume and weight are fulfilled or consolidation is done with the other suppliers as instructed. For rates and details of air and sea shipments please contact us.
